Australia Aether Dynamis Power (AAD Power) was founded in August 2024. It was established in direct response to Australia’s ambitious climate goals and rapidly growing renewable energy infrastructure, which require reliable, affordable, secure and durable energy storage systems to serve our community and economy better.
AAD Power is at the forefront of this transition, driving innovation in energy storage and accelerating the adoption of renewable technologies. With a focus on integrating advanced compressed air energy storage (CAES) systems and solar/wind equipment into Australia’s energy landscape, AAD Power bridges global expertise with local execution.

Ting is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AAD Power. Ting holds BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in engineering. He is a Fellow member of Engineers Australia and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), currently serving as President of the Western Australia Chinese Engineers Association. Ting is Founder and Director of Osen Capital. Ting’s leadership roles also include Principal Engineer for DNV, Global Maritime and WML. Additionally, served as senior roles at Woodside Energy and Rio Tinto Iron Ore Expansion. With over 25 years of professional experience, he possesses extensive expertise in engineering, project management across oil & gas, mining and energy sectors, led partnerships with Chinese manufacturers to localize CAES and solar/wind tech in Australia.
